As an Adviser and Consultant our job is to help our clients understand terms and concepts used in marketing as well as give clients direction towards meeting their companies marketing objectives.. Many businesses lack the knowledge and understanding of marketing terminology and we look to help explain the meanings and how they apply.

As a consultant, we also analyse data and suggest various marketing strategies that would be most appropriate to the client.

Marketing Plan

Our Marketing Plans are designed to provide a guideline for our clients to achieve their company's marketing objectives within a set time period.

 

Starting with a market analysis, we outline the marketing objectives and provide a blueprint for the company to reach these goals. We look more in depth into the promotion mix (7 P's of Marketing) and provide marketing strategies through an estimate time schedule for the client to achieve their objectives. 

 

Throughout the duration of the marketing plan, we'll tweak and change strategies as we work towards our clients marketing objectives. We cannot assume every issue that can occur and as such will require constant maintenance and change where needed.

Market & Competitor Analysis

We provide analysis reports on both the market and competitors for our clients.

Market Analysis helps our clients understand their consumers, focusing on the various demographics, psycho-graphics and PESTLE influences. From these characteristics, we'll help segment and identify various target markets which we can direct specific marketing strategies towards.

Competitor Analysis is designed to help outline our clients main competitors in the industry. We look to outline the advantages, disadvantages and marketing strategies used for each competitor compared to the clients company.

Communication & Digital Plan

Communication & Digital Plans are becoming more prevalent in the business industry particularly with the rapid growth of technology.

Our Communication Plan provides our clients with a guideline to improve their communication between their company and their consumers. With a communication plan, we provide a similar service to our marketing plans, however we focus on the various digital and traditional marketing channels.

Our Digital Plan focuses just on providing insight and the implementation of marketing through digital channels only such as Social Media, Search Engine Optimisation, Analytics, etc...

Social Media for example, has multiple factors that need to be considered by businesses, such as relevance, frequency, reach, etc...

Our Statistic Analysis report offers our clients insight into their business based on sales activity over various time periods. 

The analysis is subject to multiple variables for both sales and time statistics and are based upon information from the client.

Sale statistics are a great way to gain insight into the company's success, outlining which months are stronger than others, which can be improved, what products or services don't sell well at certain times of the year, etc...
For example, the overall sales for Christmas hats would be really low in the month of May compared to December.

Rebranding

Re-branding is a marketing strategy used to change one or more characteristics of a company's brand such as a new name, term, symbol or design to create a different identity to their stakeholders.

Our re-branding strategy focuses on advising and helping clients change their current brands to create something new for their consumers. 

We can propose changes ourselves or help provide an external opinion based upon the market analysis and our client's marketing objectives.
